Experience
Angela joined CPM in 2006, taking a leading role in both the Legal and Banking departments of the Larnaca Office. Prior to joining CPM, Angela was a member of a well-known Cyprus Law Firm.
In 2018 she assumed Client Relationship Manager responsibilities of the Larnaca Office, bringing together 15 years of extensive experience in Cyprus Companies Law, corporate management and fiduciary administration. Angela successfully concluded cross-border transactions and acquisition deals, coordination and overseeing of complex corporate restructurings. She serves on the board of directors for selective clients, presenting, evaluating and implementing new opportunities which are aligned with the overall strategy of CPM.
